What happens when the world in front of our eyes no longer adds up to a coherent whole?
This exhibition examines how we attempt to order the world through cognitive and technical methods, but also how political systems inscribe themselves into this order. In doing so, we trace both the failure of our coordinate systems, but also imagine alternative modes of orientation that might develop precisely out of a critical engagement with prevailing models.
Situated within an unfinished space, the show highlights its spatial surroundings and the fractures within it. Rather than trying to obscure its site, the show expanded into storage spaces and emphasized the ongoing process of space making as part of its concept.
