I´m a curator, researcher and cultural manager with experience in managing institutional programmes, but also developing independent projects across different geographies. Working closely with artists, my work investigates historical narratives, social conflicts, as well as the production and distribution of knowledge.
I see myself not just as someone who produces engaging exhibitions, but as a collaborator who engages critically with institutional frameworks in order to make room for different modes of artistic production and discourse.
In 2026, I was named curator-in-residence at the Artist Residency Schloss Balmoral and invited to be part of the CuratorLab in Stockholm. I am the editor of Nairobi Print Project, a platform for arts publications, that I´m developing into a small imprint for experimental artist books.
Previously, I have been responsible for the cultural programme of the Goethe-Institut Nairobi, where I initiated projects emphasizing inclusivity and sustainability, expanded the institutions audience and built lasting partnerships. I hold a BA in art history from Humboldt-University in Berlin and an MA in the same subject from the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg.
